The new Clad-IT Intranet Management System was developed to bring everything into one modern, centralised platform — giving the team real-time visibility across jobs, costs, and company operations without changing how staff already work. By combining automation, secure local hosting, and remote access through a private VPN, the system moves Clad-IT from disconnected tools into a streamlined digital environment built specifically around their workflow.

Membership Platform
ClubAuth is a UK-based digital membership verification platform that replaces plastic cards and manual checks with a secure, mobile-first solution. Organisations can issue digital membership credentials verified instantly via QR scanning, reducing admin while improving compliance and security. Built to be simple and scalable, the platform allows clubs to manage memberships digitally without complex software, dedicated hardware, or app downloads.
LOLER Compliance System
I designed and built a bespoke LOLER inspection and compliance management system for SG Handling, a forklift and materials handling company. The platform replaces paper-based inspections with a structured digital workflow that covers scheduling, on-site examinations, defect tracking and the generation of legally compliant certificates. The system is built as a practical operational tool rather than a generic web app. It focuses on reducing admin time for operatives, improving accuracy, and giving customers direct access to their inspection records and certificates. All documentation is produced in line with HSE GN28 guidance and meets the requirements of LOLER 1998 and PUWER 1998.
